Orders are typically processed within 24 hours after payment confirmation.  Processing times may vary during peak seasons or holidays.

2. Shipping Costs

The consumer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with their purchase.  Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and the total weight of your order.

3. Taxes and Fees

The consumer is also responsible for any applicable taxes, duties and other related fees associated with their purchase.  These charges will be added to your order total at checkout, where applicable.

4. Deliver Times

Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.  Please note that these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.  Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather or carrier issues.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you receive a confirmation email with tracking information.  You can use this information to rack your orders delivery status.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at oempartshub@yahoo.com as soon as possible.  We will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
